Ready for a POS that works as hard as your counter does?
Tell us about your stores and how you sell today. We will reply with a clear scope and a practical next step.
Start your POS projectFrequently asked questions
Quick answers on timelines, hardware, GST and support.
How long does a POS setup take?
It depends on the size of your catalogue, the number of branches, the hardware and any integrations. A single store can go live quickly, while multi-branch roll-outs are planned in phases. We confirm a timeline in the proposal once the scope is clear.
Do we need to buy new hardware?
Not always. We review the computers, printers and scanners you already have and recommend only what the setup actually needs.
Does the system handle GST?
Yes. Invoices carry the GST breakup and HSN codes. If e-invoicing applies to your business, our E-Invoicing & GST service can be planned alongside the POS.
Can billing continue if the internet goes down?
We can design the setup so counters keep billing during short outages and sync once the connection returns. We confirm the right approach for your stores during discovery.
Can it connect to our ERP or accounting software?
Yes. We connect POS sales and stock to Dynamics 365 Business Central and to custom ERP systems, and can discuss other accounting tools you use.
Can you move our existing item and customer data?
Yes. We import from Excel files or your current software, clean the data and check it with you before go-live.
What support do you provide after launch?
We stay on after go-live to fix issues and fine-tune the setup, and can continue through an annual maintenance and support plan sized to your stores.
