Data you can trust, ready for every decision.
We connect your systems, clean and organise the data, protect it with clear rules, and turn it into reports and insight your teams rely on. One reliable foundation, built on Microsoft Fabric, Azure and Power BI.

Good analytics starts with well-managed data
Dashboards and AI are only as good as the data under them. When records are duplicated, definitions differ and sources are disconnected, every report becomes an argument.
We fix the foundation first, then build the reporting on top, so the numbers stay consistent as your business grows.
Numbers differ between teams
Sales, finance and operations each report a different total.
Data scattered across tools
ERP, CRM, spreadsheets and apps are never seen together.
Manual exports and copy-paste
People rebuild the same reports by hand every week.
Duplicate and incomplete records
Customers, items and vendors appear several times, with gaps.
Unclear ownership and access
Nobody is sure who owns a dataset or who should see it.
Data management and analytics, end to end
Use one service or the full chain. Each ends with deliverables you can check.
Data strategy and assessment
Review your sources, quality, ownership and reporting needs, then set priorities.
Data integration
Connect ERP, CRM, files and cloud apps with scheduled, monitored pipelines.
Data warehouse and lakehouse
Design a central, well-organised data store on Azure SQL, Synapse or Microsoft Fabric.
Data quality and master data
Remove duplicates, standardise records and set rules for customers, items and vendors.
Data governance and security
Define owners, business definitions, role-based access, retention and audit.
Analytics and business intelligence
Turn the central data into Power BI models, dashboards and self-service reports.
Advanced analytics and forecasting
Add forecasts and anomaly detection for sales, demand, stock or cash where the data supports it.
Data migration and modernisation
Move data from legacy systems to cloud platforms, with reconciliation after each trial load.
How data moves from source to decision
We design each stage so quality and control are built in, not added later.
Collect
Identify every source and what each one holds.
Integrate
Bring sources together with automated, monitored pipelines.
Store and model
Organise data in a central store with a shared model.
Govern
Set quality rules, ownership, access and audit.
Analyse and share
Deliver reports, dashboards and data to the people who need them.
Know what your data says and who is responsible for it
We profile your data, agree the rules with the business owners and add checks that flag problems as they appear. Each dataset gets an owner and a clear definition.

Book a data consultationFrequently asked questions
What is the difference between data analytics and data management?
Data management is about getting your data collected, connected, cleaned, secured and organised. Data analytics is about using that data to answer questions and support decisions. Analytics is only as reliable as the management underneath it, so we plan both together.
Do we need a data warehouse before building dashboards?
Not always. A small team can start with a focused data model on its existing sources. As sources, users and data volume grow, a central warehouse or lakehouse keeps numbers consistent. We advise on the right level for your size.
Which systems can you bring together?
Dynamics 365 and Business Central, other ERPs and CRMs that offer a connection, SQL databases, Excel and SharePoint files, and cloud applications with an API. We confirm what is possible for each source during the assessment.
How do you improve data quality?
We profile the data to find duplicates, gaps and inconsistent formats, agree rules with the business owners, clean the records and add checks so problems are flagged as they happen instead of months later.
Can you move data from a legacy system?
Yes. We plan which data must move, which can be archived, and how to reconcile balances and counts after each trial load. For Dynamics systems this is part of our cloud migration service.
How do you keep our data secure?
Access follows roles you define, sensitive fields can be restricted, and usage can be logged for audit. We design to your organisation's security and compliance requirements and use the security features of the Microsoft platforms where they apply.
Tell us about your data
Share your main systems, the reports you struggle with and any data quality issues. We will reply with a scoped first step, not a generic pitch.
